Signing in and out of classes is done through the Momoyoga system. You can download the app on your phone.

With a subscription, you can catch up on classes within the period of your subscription. In Momoyoga you can see your subscription period and within that period you can be flexible with your classes. You cannot catch up on classes outside the period of your subscription.

You can sign up up to 1 hour before class. If you are unable to attend, you can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the class via Momoyoga. Even if you want to cancel shorter in advance, it is nice if you do this through Momoyoga. We can then see if you will be at the class or not.

You can cancel at any time with a notice period of 1 month. You need to cancel your subscription yourself by sending an email or message from Momoyoga. Pay attention to the period of your subscription. If you started your subscription on June 7, for example, and you want to stop by October 7, then you need to cancel before September 7.

You can start a subscription at any time. You sign up for a minimum of 2 months with a continuous direct debit.

Upgrading can be done at any time or with the start of your next term.
Downgrading can be done with one month’s notice.

During the year, we are closed for up to 4 weeks scattered during vacation periods.
