General Terms and conditions
Application
These general conditions contain the rules for every offer, all services and agreements that
Yogastudio Aalst-Waalre enters into with you.
Sign up
You sign up by contacting us and registering via our website. With this we close an agreement.
You have the choice of a trial lesson, single lesson or a class card. You can also take out a
subscription. If you buy a class card, you pay a fixed amount and may take 10 lessons within 6
months. After that the card is no longer valid.
When you take out a subscription with us it can start on any day of the month and runs for at least
2 months from that moment. After this the subscription runs indefinitely and you may cancel or
change it at any time. However, we will observe a cancellation or change notice period of one
month. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can only do so by sending an email
to info@yogastudioaalstwaalre.nl. Your cancellation or change is final after you have received
a confirmation e-mail from us.
If you are a company, taking part in a workshop or want to take a private lesson, we can also
make other arrangements with you.
Payment
When you enter into a subscription with us you consent and authorize us to pay in advance by
direct debit. We will collect the subscription fee for the first time on the day your subscription
starts and then monthly on the same date. The price of the subscription is an average over an
entire year and is based on 48 weeks of lessons per year.
We work through our website with an application from an outside company. Through this
application you can book and cancel classes, make direct debit payments and make payments
for cards and individual classes. After you have made the payment you can use our classes. We
may refuse you access to the class if payment has not yet been made.
The current prices of the classes can be found on our website. We may change our prices at any
time. We will announce increases in our prices in a timely manner through the website and
newsletter.
We may choose to make other payment arrangements with you. In that case, the payment period
is 14 days.
Classes
The current schedule of our classes can be viewed on our website. No rights can be derived from
the schedule. We may change the schedule, the content of the lesson, the teacher and the
location of the lesson at any time. Classes are cancelled on national holidays. Lessons that are
cancelled or missed for other reasons can be made up within the subscription period of that
month. Changing or canceling classes does not entitle you to a refund.
During 4 weeks per year we are closed for vacations. Lessons cancelled during these vacations
cannot be made up. For an up-to-date overview of the vacation period you can check our
website.
In case of force majeure we can not be held to the agreements made.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a class, please report this prior to the class. In case of a group lesson,
you have to report at least 6 hours before the lesson starts. In case of a private lesson, you have
to report at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. If you do not cancel or cancel too late, you will not
be able to catch up.
Own risk
We ask you to follow our instructions correctly during the lessons. We also agree that you comply
with our house rules. You can read these on our website. If you do not follow our house rules, we
may refuse you further participation in our classes after a warning. Your participation in our classes
is entirely at your own risk. If there are any special circumstances with regard to your physical
condition or if you are taking any medication that might affect your healthy participation in our
classes, please let us know at registration. If these special circumstances arise later, please inform
us as soon as possible. If you doubt your health, we advise you to consult a doctor or specialist
first. We are not liable for possible injuries, accidents, material damage or indirect damage, such
as consequential damage or damage suffered in the exercise of a profession or business which
may or may not be directly or indirectly related to participation in our classes.
Complaint
If you have a complaint, please let us know. We will do our utmost to find a solution by mutual
agreement. If necessary, we can use a mediator. Dutch law applies to all agreements we make.
Privacy
We are committed to treating your privacy with care. Our cookie and privacy statement can be
found on our website. Here you can read what we do to ensure your privacy and what rights you
have in terms of privacy.
Changes
We have the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes also apply to agreements
already concluded, subject to a period of 30 days after publication.
