Yoga classes
We teach in small groups.
There are various lessons on the program,
so you have the option to choose
that lesson that suits you best.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and powerful form of yoga. The class builds from gentle to more challenging poses. Building strength, balance and endurance are the focus of this class. If you like variety and challenges, this is the class for you.
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore)
This class focuses on your own yoga practice. You will learn the sun salutations, standing postures and seated postures. And the basics of yoga philosophy and technique of postures.
Everyone can participate, from beginners to advanced. You will be guided in learning to do yoga independently.
You are invited to grow in your confidence and independence.
Easy Flow
Easy Flow Yoga is a gentle vigorous form of yoga. Easy Flow Yoga promotes stretching and developing muscles and fitness and improving organ function. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced students.
We pay attention to synchronizing breathing with movement. And there is room for rest and relaxation. This class increases energy, improves body balance and flexibility, calms the mind and improves digestion and sleep.
Free flow
Be surprised by this, creative, intuitive free flow class. Beautiful themes will be covered, such as chakras, the meridians, seasons and more. The class will be creative and intuitive and each week will be different.
This can be yin yoga poses interwoven with a (soft) easy flow or for example balance exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is an accessible, calm and relaxing form of yoga aimed at relaxing connective tissue and joints. The positions in yin yoga are held longer (3 to 5 minutes), because connective tissue lengthens and strengthens more slowly than muscle tissue.
By surrendering to the postures you reach the deeper layers in your body and experience that space is created to relax more deeply, on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Yin yoga stress relief
In this lesson we pay attention to complete relaxation and releasing tension. We are often in “action mode” and your body needs rest mentally and physically. In this lesson you turn inward and experience what silence and relaxation can bring you. You can leave all your “doing energy” behind during this lesson.
